What does the pre-work actually involve?
After you book, you'll receive a structured intake document. It covers your financials, your team, your top priorities, and where you feel most stuck. It takes about 45 minutes to complete honestly. I review everything before we start โ so the day is spent building, not orienting.
I'm in the middle of a busy season. Is this still worth doing right now?
The owners who say they're too busy are usually the ones who need this most. The busy season doesn't slow down on its own โ and the gaps in your business don't wait for a quieter month. Most owners find that the clarity from the day actually makes the busy season more manageable, not less.
Is this virtual or in person?
Both options are available. Virtual sessions run the full day over video โ no difference in depth or deliverables. In-person sessions are available in select locations. Reach out to confirm availability in your area before you book.
Will this turn into a pitch for ongoing advisory work?
No. The day stands on its own. At the end we'll talk through what makes sense as a next step โ continuing on your own with the plan we built, joining a small group advisory cohort, or moving into private ongoing work. None of those are a given. The day is the work, not a preview of it.
How is this different from hiring a consultant or a business coach?
Most consultants work in one area. Most coaches focus on accountability.
