What Happens in the One Plan Intensive

Before we meet, you complete a short intake so I can review your business picture in advance. I come in knowing where to look and what questions to ask. The day is spent building, not getting oriented.

Before the Day

You complete a short intake covering the key areas of your business. The more context you provide, the more ground we cover together on the day.

Morning

We start with what most advisors skip entirely. The life the business is supposed to be supporting, what you actually want it to look like, and the legacy you are building toward. Everything else we build that day gets anchored to that foundation, including whatever is most urgent for you right now.

Midday

Your financial picture. What the business is worth, what you are keeping, whether your Freedom Figure is on track, and where the differences are between your current financial reality and the life you are building.

Afternoon

Business structure, tax strategy, insurance, estate planning. We look at what is exposed and what to prioritize first. Then we finalize your action plan together before the day ends. Specific, sequenced, and built around where you are and where you are going.

Follow Up Session

We schedule a follow up session to keep the momentum going, work through anything that came up since we met, and make sure you feel confident in the direction you are moving.

Why this day is different from every other advisory session you've seen

I am on a mission to bring more joy to business ownership through time and financial freedom.

That mission is what drove me to build Business Wealth Advisory around something nobody else was doing. Business strategy, financial freedom, and protection have always been treated as three separate conversations with three separate people. Nobody was connecting all of them back to the ideal life the owner was actually building toward. Nobody was asking about time freedom. Nobody was asking what the business needed to be worth and why. Those questions are the foundation and most advisory work skips them entirely.

My own journey taught me the time freedom side. Figuring out what actually creates freedom versus what just keeps you busy is something I lived through myself and have spent years helping hundreds of owners work through.

I spent a year working inside a financial advisory firm and saw firsthand how poor protection planning can derail even the most successful company. That experience shaped everything about how Business Wealth Advisory works.

I hold the Certified Exit Planning Advisor credential, have spent 25 years building, scaling, and advising businesses, and have sat on both sides of acquisition tables. I know what buyers look for, what sellers often miss, and what makes the difference between a good deal and one you walk away from.

Most owners have never had one professional who understands all three well enough to bring them into one comprehensive plan. That is what I bring to every One Plan Intensive and the reason Business Wealth Advisory exists.

Common questions before you decide

What does the pre-work actually involve?

After you book you will receive a structured intake document covering your goals, your top priorities, your team, and your financials. It takes about 45 minutes to complete honestly. I review everything before we meet so the day is spent building, not gathering information.

I am in the middle of a busy season. Is this still worth doing right now?

The owners who feel too busy for this are usually the ones who need it most. The busy season does not slow down on its own and the questions you have been putting off do not wait for a slower month. Most owners find that the clarity from the day makes every day that follows more manageable.

Will this turn into a pitch for ongoing advisory work?

No. The day stands on its own. At the end we will talk through what makes sense as a next step, continuing on your own with the plan we built or moving into private ongoing work. Neither is a given. The day is the work, not a preview of it.

How is this different from hiring a consultant or a business coach?

Most consultants work in one area. Most coaches specialize in one lane, whether that is marketing, revenue, or operations. This day covers your full picture, business strategy, financial freedom, business value, and protection, because for an owner at this stage those are not separate conversations. Working with specialists one at a time means you would not get a complete answer by looking at one piece.
