Refund, Cancellation, and Payment Policy
At Business Wealth Advisory, Inc., Tina-Sue, and Women Choosing Growth (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), we are committed to providing an exceptional educational and advisory experience. Because our programs require significant effort, access to proprietary materials, and active participation, this policy ensures fairness while protecting the integrity of our intellectual property and programs.
1. General Policy
All purchases are made in exchange for access to intellectual property, educational curriculum, and professional expertise. Refunds are limited to rare, verifiable circumstances.
By enrolling in any course, program, or coaching service, you acknowledge and agree to follow this policy in full.
We do not issue refunds for lack of participation, change of mind, scheduling conflicts, or failure to implement the material. Success depends on your consistent engagement and application of the program content.
2. Courses and Programs
This section applies to all self-paced courses, hybrid curriculums, and group programs that include digital lessons, templates, live sessions, or community support.
Refund Eligibility Requirements:

Decision Period:
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of enrollment or first access to the program, whichever occurs first. This period allows you to evaluate fit and alignment with your goals. -
Proof of Genuine Effort:
To qualify for any refund consideration, you must demonstrate that you have completed at least 95% of the program materials and assignments and implemented the required work. Documentation must include evidence such as completed worksheets, screenshots of module progress, and proof of lesson submissions. -
Valid Reasons:
Refunds may only be considered if:-
You have completed 95% or more of the curriculum and can demonstrate that the program was not a good fit for your business goals; or

You experience a verified, extenuating circumstance (for example, a significant medical issue or other major life event) that prevents you from completing the program.

Non-Refundable Circumstances:

Refunds will not be granted for lack of participation, loss of interest, busy schedules, or failure to implement strategies.

Refund requests submitted after the 30-day decision period will not be considered.

All content access and community privileges will be revoked immediately upon refund approval.
Payment Plans:
If you are enrolled under a payment plan, the 30-day decision period applies only once—at the start of your program. Refund requests will not be accepted for subsequent monthly installments. If you choose to discontinue participation, you remain responsible for payments made up to that date, but no future installments will be charged.
3. Private Coaching Programs
Private coaching programs are structured as six-month or twelve-month commitments, billed monthly or annually as outlined in your coaching agreement.

All coaching fees are non-refundable once enrollment begins.

Missed sessions or unused time are forfeited and cannot be rescheduled or credited.

Each coaching engagement is a fixed-term commitment. Your investment secures both your reserved access and advisory time.

Refunds or credits may be considered only in rare, discretionary cases if:

Your business sells or permanently closes, with verifiable documentation; or
-
You experience a significant, documented hardship beyond your control.

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate coaching access for non-payment, breach of terms, or inappropriate conduct.
4. Payment Terms

All fees are due as stated at checkout or in your signed agreement.

You authorize the Company to automatically process recurring payments using your selected payment method for the duration of your payment plan or term.

If a payment fails, access to services and materials may be suspended immediately until payment is resolved.

You remain responsible for any outstanding balance owed, even if access is suspended.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
5. Chargebacks and Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute outside this policy violates these Terms.
In such cases, the Company reserves the right to:

Suspend or revoke all program and course access;
-
Recover the full amount due, including transaction, administrative, and legal fees; and
-
Report fraudulent disputes to the appropriate payment processors or authorities.
6. Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that unforeseen situations may arise. Refunds or credits outside of this policy are entirely at the Company’s discretion and require appropriate documentation. Approval of one discretionary refund does not establish precedent for future cases.
7. Refund Request Process

Our team will review your submission and respond within 10 business days.

If approved, any refund will be processed to your original payment method.

All decisions regarding refunds are final.
8. Access Revocation Upon Refund
Once a refund is approved, all access to digital materials, programs, coaching, and communities will end immediately. Continued use, copying, or distribution of materials after a refund is processed is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action or recovery of damages.
